WATER QUALITY

BMI's team consists of certified Water Operators and Engineers with extensive experience and a passion for clean, safe drinking water. Over the last 30 years, we have seen it all and can help with many water quality requirements. We provide a wide range of services such as water sample collection, coliform monitoring plan development, lead and copper compliance assistance, public education, consumer confidence reports, water use efficiency, troubleshooting water quality issues, mediation and overall general compliance with the safe drinking water act.

Lead and Copper Plumbing Tests

At each site, we will...
  • Perform a visual inspection of the indoor plumbing
  • Verify the age of the home, and if the plumbing includes copper/solder joints
  • Perform the EPA-approved test on the solder of the plumbing to determine whether it contains lead

After the sampling is completed, we will provide a written report including photos of the plumbing sampled, a spreadsheet of results, sample dates, contacts at the home, etc.
